It's Kish. He's just staring off into the distance wondering if he should hand over the entire kingdom for Kayla. he later decides yes and steals the deed to the Land in the West. Kai catches him and ends up making Kish runaway with the deed and sends him on a chase after him. Kai falls back seeing as it's useless because they're equally matched. Kish goes back to the castle and prepares for the ransom. He puts on a cape with a hood that belonged to his father, his sword, and a horse for the ride there. Kish reads the ransom letter Sai left on Kayla's bed and follows the directions. They lead him in between two tall buildings somewhere at the border of East and North. A storm has brew up. As Kish puts his hood on, he's sees a dark figure with a cape standing on top of the building. It's Sai, but Kish is surprised on what he doesn't see: Kayla.

Yeah I know shading sucks but that's what it looks like in animes sometimes the background is all realistic and stuff and the characters don't look as well as the background

Not what I mean; it's too bright of a red for the main red, decrease the luminosity of it by about 10
